  1. Great  presentation, Lena. Any thoughts on how to make non-visual brands more visual? Lots of tech co's need help here. One idea is to use iphone SMS generators to create graphics like the ones you describe here. Back and forth dialogues, though.

  2. @Phil, actually, I think the so-called "non-visual brands" miss so many opportunities to be visual whether it's photos from the latest team retreat (YES, people want to see those images) to really well-designed report covers, there are always images that people look past everyday and think "no one will want to see that!" to which my response is always, "says who?!" A lot depends on the business and creating an assessment of the brand, the audience and what would be appropriate and FUN. Thanks for watching!

  3. I see that this is not taken to be as useful for some, maybe because of the title. Considering most marketers tend to be really stiff about their profession. I personally think it's a great idea and will try them out. People forget that no one wants to buy from suits, they want real people and it gets lots in all that stiff marketing.
