    One thought:  Could it be that Moz's mobile users are such a small % because the rest of us tried the site on mobile and didn't like the experience…but still like your service so we make do with desktop?  I know that was the case for me, but I could be a unique user in that regard. 

  2. I definitely have to agree with the first layers for mobile experience. I actually came upon Moz on Mobile. Checked some pages, realized that it wasn't mobile optimized and then I just went on desktop.

    My behavior is pretty much exactly what you said.
